MyUCDavis Main Portal, Email (Geckomail), MySpace (file-storage tool), and Course Management (including Gradebook, Quiz Builder, Website Builder, and Online Grade Submission)
Geckomail General user support
Listproc General user support: list password resets, list creation/deletions, list configuration, etc.
Anti-Spam Services General user support for IET anti-spam services including spam filtering configuration and accept/deny lists
Vacation Email Program General user support for the vacation email program.
MyInfoVault Web browser, user account, or other access issues
SmartSite Support for IET's pilot project for Course and Project web sites and collaboration tools
Online Directory Update General user support for web browser, login passwords and file upload/download issues

Other Services Description
Account Management General user support including answering general account questions, processing Temporary Affiliate Forms (TAF), IDOCs, account closures, mail ID redirects and changes, login ID changes, and other account management support.
Data Network General user support and troubleshooting for UCDnet, MoobileNet, ResNet, and modem pools. Services include but are not limited to support for DHCP, MAC address registration, NAM status and information, and general questions about networking on campus.
Disk and File Recovery On supported operating systems, IT Express consultants will ATTEMPT disk or file recovery. Results vary. Please back up your data frequently.
